Mr. Davies is a New York native. He is a seasoned marketing executive,
entrepreneur and photojournalist. His lifelong passion for wine and food has
led him down an interesting path to the formation of the Wine Country
Network. His father, a gifted chef who at the young age of 26 was an
executive chef for the Howard Johnson Corporation, catered the New York City
Inaugural dinner for President John F. Kennedy. Although his father passed
away during the same year as the President, Davies's curiosity about cooking
intensified into his teen years. After a stint as a short order cook at a
neighborhood seafood restaurant, he went to work at his grandfather's camera
store.

Davies discovered a natural talent and understanding of photographic science
and composition. While attending the New York School of Film & Media (SUNY)
on scholarship, he forged a career as a professional photographer
documenting New York City area rock concerts. In his early twenties, he
joined the marketing department for the US distributor for Bronica Medium
Format Cameras. Mr. Davies enjoyed a distinguished 17-year career in the
photographic industry. He has held senior management positions at the
Charles Beseler Company, GMI Photographic division of Guinness PLC and
co-founded Challenger Photo Marketing Corp. a national distributor of high
quality photographic products, best known for establishing distribution of
Billingham Camera Bags (England) in the US.

In 1997, Mr. Davies ventured into the magazine publishing industry as a
National Account Executive with Petersen Publishing Company. During his
tenure at Petersen, he developed sales programs for high profile national
companies representing Petersen's network of 167 magazines and spearheaded
custom publishing projects. He also served on the launch team for "The
Gravity Games" and the US Edition if FHM Magazine.

In 2000, he co-founded nIdea Corporation (pronounced "en" idea), an Internet
web development publishing company. The company designs and develops
commercial websites for the wine and food industries. In addition, they
publish the popular web site Long Island Wine Country.com. Davies is
publisher and editor-in chief of this eZine. He is an accomplished
photojournalist who provides freelance wine stories to LongIsland.COM and
LocalWineEvents.com.

Over the past decade, Mr. Davies judged numerous national wine competitions.
In 2005, he co-founded the Denver International Wine Competition, which is
the largest double-blind competition in the Rocky Mountains. In 2005, Davies
began radio broadcasting on Pierre Wolfe's Nationally Syndicated "America's
Dining and Travel Show". In 2007, Davies and His Wife launched "Travel,Wine
& Cuisine" radio, which is broadcast live and available by subscription on
Apple iTunes.

Charitable work includes serving as the Chairman of Wines & Spirits for the
2003 "Blind" Wine Tasting Gala, Long Island's highest attended wine
fundraising event. In 2007 Davies established The John S Davies Scholarship
Endowment, in the name of his Father, which benefits Students of The
University of Denver's, Hotel,Restaurant and Travel (HRTM) School.
Davies is a General Member of ASMP, The American Society of Media
Photographers.

Darcy Davies
Co-Founder, President & COO

Ms. Davies is a native of Minnesota. She has a distinguished 16-year career in the professional graphic arts and design field. Most recently, she served as Art Director at Curran & Connors, Inc. (NY), where she was responsible for the design and production of Corporate Annual Reports for Fortune 100 Companies. Clients included Lockheed Martin, Office Depot, SOLA, Washington Gas, DSL.Net, La Quinta Hotels & Cytogen, to name a few. She is a multi-year winner of numerous international design awards for her annual report and web designs. Those include ARC, International ARC, INOVA (Web) and BOLI.

Ms. Davies has led teams and managed global projects, achieving goals under stringent time deadlines. She is the co-founder, Vice President and Chief Design Officer of nIdea Corporation. nIdea is an (IPP) Internet Presence Provider and the publisher of Long Island Wine Country.com. Darcy currently oversees all design elements of nIdea's web sites and advertising materials. She coordinates the work of 6 independent freelancers who provide web programming, design and editorial services.

Darcy previously founded owned and operated Big Byte Graphic Designs of Denver, Colorado, an advertising design agency producing color advertising, packaging and graphics for several national firms. Prior to the formation of Big Byte, Davies worked for several restaurants in the Denver area. In her tenure in the restaurant industry she held kitchen, beverage and management positions. Darcy is an accomplished gourmet cook who enjoys developing culinary treats for friends and family.

Ms. Davies holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the Minneapolis School of Design. Darcy currently oversees all aspects of design for Wine Country International Magazine and the Winecountrynetwork.com. As Chief Art Director, Darcy travels on assignment with husband Chris, directing photo shoots for the magazine as well as contributing editorial coverage on cuisine and travel.

Mr. Marshall is a seasoned wine & food writer and the author of "Wine Roads of Texas". He is an avid world traveler who has collected wines since 1968. His work has been published in the Austin Chronicle, Dallas Morning News, The Wine Enthusiast, TriBeza, Texas Food Lover and others. Marshall's first cover feature about Portuguese still wines, was featured in the magazine's Summer Issue.
